Create New Patterns

What is YOGA YOGA?

YOGA YOGA is the path towards creating new patterns in your life.

Movement (Asana)

We offer tools to build your daily Asana practice.

Moving the body is incredibly important for the health of our bodies and also, the health of our minds. You will learn simple, yet challenging Asanas (or Yoga Postures) to get you moving and shift unwanted energies out.

Pranayama (Breathwork)

We offer tools to build your daily pranayama practice.

Pranayama is the practice of using the breath in certain ways to create different effect on the physical and energetic body. We use many different types of breathing techniques in the practice of Yoga Yoga.

Mantra (Recitation)

We offer tools to build your daily mantra practice.

Sanskrit mantras are a way for us to connect with the present moment. Providing a solid place to begin and end our practice. Mantras not only connect us with ‘now’ but act as conduit for connection to the universe as a whole.

Meditation (Connection)

We offer the tools to build your daily meditation practice.

Meditation is key to the entire practice of Yoga Yoga. We treat it as the ‘juicy mango’ on the tree at the top of a tall ladder on a hot day. You may consider your entire practice (asana, pranayama, mantra) a form of moving meditation but we also offer time to practise (yes, it takes practise) it in every single class.
